Refund policy
CANCELLATION / RETURN POLICY: To return an item we must be contacted not later than 7 days after receipt with an explanation. In most cases, all shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility and a 15% or a $5.00 minimum restocking fee may apply. We're most generous to reasonable requests. Sealed products, such as DVD's, CD's and USB drives (flashdrives) are generally not refundable.
